I am BACK!

Well, life has been uprooted, turned around and flipped upside down since my last post. I see my followers have dwindled WAY down, that’s ok… going to see if I can revive it. Things are not peachy right now but not going to linger on the negative. I'm looking to the positive!

I have been sticking with them gym…. I have been going in for strength training four times a week. Lately I have added cardio on the end of each workout and going in for cardio and core every spare evening I can.

Diet… well it has not been horrible this hole time but not the best either! Last couple of weeks it’s been getting back on track. I have been Gluten Free and easy on the sugars but I have had a hard time staying totally away from processed foods with all the stuff going on.

I'm back on, to help me get motivated to get solidly back on the right track and conquer my new goals. I'm going to attempt to post at least every Wednesday.

My next "Health Goal"

18% Body Fat.
Right now I am at 24.1%
My first goal was 270lbs(from 470) and I reached that, so this is what I decided was my next goal. 
Something I think about that helps motivate me when I need it... "I will be someone's ancestor someday and I want to be a source of pride, as mine are for me."

1st Goal Accomplished!

I have lost 200lbs as of today! 470lbs-270lbs
 
I am thankful for the amazing support from my wife, Melissa, and encouragement from my friends and family. Thank you everyone!

I will be reworking my diet and exercise program to accomplish my new body plan....

Going without Antiperspirants - Update #1

I switched a couple months a go to Crystal Body Deodorant Stick, I am very happy with this product. Some days it doesn't seem to last all day but all it takes is a second application. I have not had any rashes or irritations at all with this and it works... SO, Win Win!

Death to Back Pain

A couple of weeks ago I decided to add Deadlifts to my workout routine. I have added them to my normal "back day". First time I did them, the front and back of my thighs and glutes killed for three days. The second time I didn't feel any uncomfortable aching at all. Right now I am focused on form and trying to not add much weight till I am comfortable with my form. I will post updates about progress as it goes.

Relieving the Pressure!

My blood pressure: Was never REALLY high... unless I was at the Dr. office(130s) and that went down when I found a Dr I liked. Highest resting was in mid 120's over mid 80's and it has been steady lowering as my weight has. Now I get low to mid 90's over low to mid 60's.... Today 91/65
