Food is Fuel!

I have switched my workouts to first thing in the morning from last thing, late at night. I can really tell how the quality and quantity of food I put into my body the day before effects my performance at the gym. It's much easier for me to eat more and better foods the rest of the day after my workouts because it is on my mind. I need to be more mindful of what I eat the day before then I have been. I'm thinking if I at least get myself in the gym for 20-30 mins of cardio on my off days that will put me in the right mindset the rest of the day to "Fuel Up" for the day to come.
