Weight Update.

Over the last several months I have sneaked back up to 299lbs. I was heavily focused on building muscle and slacked off on cardio as well and not being smart when it came to food. After dropping 200lbs it got a little old! Break is over, a bit over a week ago I decided to start working on fat reduction and it's starting to pay off. Right now I weigh 290. I'm reworking my workout routine, start this Sunday or next, to include supersets. This will stimulate muscle growth more as well as keep my heart rate up to burn more calories during my non-cardio workouts. I'm not so much worried about weight anymore but body fat... but I do want to get back down too 270 soon.
